COMLEND CAPITAL was established in 1997 and began its engagement in the mortgage business in 1998.

The company initially was involved in private equity lending with a particular emphasis on Commercial Lending and very significantly in the lending to the gas and convenience store industry.

The company also has extensive lending experience and underwriting in the lending to other commercial properties such as shopping centers, office and warehouse loans. In the course of a very short time of approximately 5 years, the company either directly placed loans with banks and other financial institutions in the area of the State of Florida for loans totaling over 100 million dollars.

Our Residential Division has over 40 years experience as a Lender utilizing our own funds and the ability to do portfolio lending through our banking contacts.
